The Craft

Brewed With
Intention

At the heart of SANA is a Sanremo espresso bar. We take our time with every shot — the right temperature, the right pressure — so each cup tastes the way it should.

Our house bean right now is a 100% Arabica from Cerrado, Brazil — nutty, with sweet chocolate and a hint of spice. Low acidity, medium body, a long sweet finish. Add milk and it drinks like dessert.

Our Story

The Name SANA.
Our Names, And A Filipino Word For Hope.

The name comes from ours: Sasha and Natasha.

It's also the Filipino word for hope — for softer days, for meaningful conversations, for a chance to feel connected again.

Two meanings, one home.

Why Sana.

After years abroad, Natasha came back to Dinagat with one quiet hope: a space where locals and travelers could connect over honest food and carefully crafted coffee.

SANA isn't built to impress. It's built to share — Dinagat's beauty, its flavors, and the kind of slow, warm welcome the island has always known.

A New Chapter For
A Familiar Landmark.

The walls of SANA carry a quiet history. When Dinagat became a province, this building was one of its first government offices — a place locals have known by sight for decades.

Now it gathers a different kind of crowd: friends over coffee, families at sunset, travelers stopping in. Same walls, new chapter.

The staff and owners make you feel right at home. The White Adobo sent me straight back to my lola's kitchen. Don't leave Dinagat without stopping here.

One of the best coffee shops I have experienced in a long time. Affordable, with sunset views while you eat. 10/10 place.
